During the course of our Seller representation, we will perform the following legal services:

Contract review and attorney review period negotiations
Negotiate any inspection related issues
Monitor the contingency deadlines in your contract and send notices requesting extensions of deadlines, if necessary
Order a title commitment, clear any title issues that may arise, order and review the survey of your property, order mortgage payoff statements, and condominium transfer information, as applicable
Prepare all necessary deeds and paperwork necessary for your transaction
Attend and perform your closing
